Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the continental US. We're working to expand our shipping destinations very soon!

How long does shipping take?

Processing times are as follows: Shipping may take up to 10 business days.
(Business days exclude weekends and holidays)

What counts as business days?

Business days are Monday through Friday only. If a holiday falls on a week day (Monday-Friday) the day of the holiday will not be count as a business day. The day you ordered does NOT
count as a business day.

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't show up?

If you have tracking on your order, we will do everything we can to help
locate your order or replace your order. If you choose no tracking at checkout, we will not be able to assist in locating or replacing your order.

What is my package arrives damaged or broken?

Take photos of the packaging and items to notate the
condition of the package, then email us at whitebirchandco@gmail.com the
details and pictures. We will then work with you to get the order replaced. In order for us to file a claim, pictures are required.

What if my tracking number doesn't update?

If your tracking doesn't update within 21 business days and you provide a claim number, we will send you out a replacement order. 

My order shows delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?

You will need to contact you the shipping provider in which your order was shipped and file a claim with them. We don't have any additional information besides what the carriers tracking information shows.

Can I sell finished products with your wraps and decals?

Absolutely!!! Always feel free to tag us with your photos, we love to see how our products are used!

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please email us at whitebirchandco@gmail.com and we will work to resolve
your order issue. 

What's your cancellation policy?

You have up to 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order, or up until you receive a shipping tracking number. Whichever of those instances occurs first will
be the cancellation timeframe. 

Are the colors exactly as pictured?

Please note the wraps and decals are printed in-house, so colors
vary print slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

What is your "warranty" on your vinyl?

Please contact us via email at whitebirchandco@gmail.com and we will work to provide a resolution. We will need to see pictures of the vinyl to determine if it's a defect of the product or due to incorrect care of the product.

Can I combine orders?

We do not combine orders due to our high volume of orders. If you place multiple orders, they will be shipped individually..
